Principal's Message

We are ready to LEVEL UP this year!  

Welcome back to the 2024-25 school year Norwood students and families! I am thrilled to be back this year! Last year our students and staff put in lots of hard work and are excited to announce that our hard work paid off. We as a school moved our school grade from a "D" to a "C" and moved off of the NC Low Performing Schools list. This year we want to keep this momentum and continue to LEVEL UP!

 

To do this we want to give each student the chance to grow academically and personally. Students will receive instruction in many different formats from technology based to teacher led with a special emphasis on small group instruction. Through small group instruction your student will be provided with learning opportunities that are specialized to their learning growth.

 

I can't wait to see how our students thrive this year and reach their potential!
